Proper Storage of KODERUS Panels – A Crucial Condition for Quality

To ensure the highest quality of KODERUS concrete facade panels until installation, it is important to follow clear storage requirements on the construction site. Improper storage can affect both aesthetics and technical properties.

Key storage rules:
🔹 Panels must be stored only on a flat, horizontal surface, avoiding any tilting or deformation of the surface.
🔹 Pallets with products should be covered – this protects them from direct sunlight, rain, dust, and other environmental factors that could affect the product before installation.
🔹 Products must not touch the ground – pallets should be raised, for example, using wooden blocks or another dry base to prevent moisture accumulation.
🔹 The panels must be stacked in such a way that their total height, when placed one on top of another, does not exceed 2.5 m.

⚠️ Attention – protect the protective film

The special protective film between the panels prevents moisture penetration. If damaged, stains may appear on the surface, especially if panels are stored in damp conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to:

• protect the film;
• avoid leaving the products uncovered;
• avoid direct rain exposure.
