EPILOGUE OF 2025

This year became a clear stage of growth and deliberate strengthening for our team. Not cosmetic changes like “we tidied up a bit,” but consistent decisions that allowed KODERUS 2IN1 to reach a new level of quality. We modernized production, updated processes, and achieved what matters most to the client – a product that is manufactured faster, installed more easily, and performs even more reliably.

The year was very active and international. Our branch in Poland crossed the “starting line” and moved on to real projects – several initiatives were launched, where KODERUS 2IN1 panels are already being installed. Meanwhile, in Latvia, the number of projects doubled. This is clear evidence that our solutions work and are valued beyond Lithuania as well.

Expansion of the assortment was not left behind. Individual concrete tiles introduced at the beginning of the year now “live” on more than 10 residential building facades. Following the market pulse, we also updated the designs: patterns F7 and F11 were born from a very simple idea – to create what was missing on the market. The result? F7 in vertical installation became an absolute favorite.

On the technical side, we introduced a new panel connection solution – the TG joint, where polystyrene covers polystyrene. The result is simple but very important – even lower risk of thermal bridges and a stronger system.

We also paid great attention to what happens after product delivery. It is important to us that the client not only purchases, but also installs stress-free. That’s why, together with our team, we filmed practical installation guides that show the entire process from A to Z without secrets. The goal is simple – so that, if needed, installation can be done confidently, clearly, and independently, without “calling a friend” or guessing.

This year once again confirmed: consistent work, continuous improvement, and a strong team are the true foundation of success. We sincerely thank everyone who has walked and continues to walk this path with us – partners, clients, and our own team.

We look to the future calmly, yet ambitiously. KODERUS 2IN1 certainly hasn’t reached its ceiling yet.
