The company UAB “Koderus,” which produces innovative facade systems in Lithuania, is expanding beyond the borders of Lithuania into Poland. With over 7 years of experience, the company has already opened the doors of its first showroom in Warsaw. According to the company’s founder, plans are in place to open three more showrooms in other Polish cities over the next year. The company intends to invest up to one million euros in expansion in the neighboring country.

Edvard Račevskij, founder and director of UAB “Koderus,” states that expansion into Poland is a strategic step that will strengthen product awareness and positioning throughout Europe.

“The Polish market is constantly growing and promising; it can open up trading opportunities with other European countries. Today we celebrate that we have begun our international endeavors and that the first “Koderus“ showroom has opened outside of Lithuania,” says E. Račevskij.

The company’s founder emphasizes that the showroom in Poland is just the initial stage of the expansion: “In the coming year, we plan to open three more showrooms in Poland. We will also strengthen our production capabilities and open another factory in Lithuania, with further expansion planned in other European countries—Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic. We offer a patented and distinctive innovative solution that saves both money and time in the market.”

The founder shares that the search for the best facade system solutions began in 2017 with a team of scientists and specialists.

“We studied issues related to facade materials for a long time, delving into what negatively affects quality and durability. After lengthy development and testing stages, we created a durable product, the facade finishing thermal insulation panels ‘KODERUS 2IN1.’ We use advanced technologies in production that ensure the effectiveness of insulation and finishing simultaneously,” explains the company’s founder.

In 2021, the facade board “KODERUS 2IN1” won the title of “Lithuania’s Product of the Year” and received a gold medal in a competition organized by the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists (LPK).

UAB “Koderus” is a company manufacturing concrete facade systems, which began its operations in 2017. Since the start of its activities, the company has worked on over 100 projects—real estate developer projects and individual residential houses.
