The new residential block “Spanguolių takai”, under development in Vilnius and already 85% complete, is distinguished not only by its aesthetic and architectural solutions, but also by the use of advanced construction technologies. One of the key features of this project is the façade cladding made using KODERUS 2IN1 panels. These panels are an excellent option, both for their flexibility in design and their contemporary features.
The “Spanguolių takai” block features two KODERUS panel textures, F1 and F14, which give the buildings their distinctive charm and functionality. The majority of the façades in the “Spanguolių takai” block are KODERUS F1 panels, which are smooth, dark brown panels finished in a two-stage painting process. The first coat of paint is applied in our factory and the second one is completed after installation on site, ensuring a “fresh” look. This technique is particularly useful as fully painted panels can be accidentally splashed with installation foam or other materials during application, and can become difficult to clean (fully unpainted panels are cleaned easily). For this reason, KODERUS recommends that all its clients opt for the initial painting process to be completed at the factory, and only apply the second coat after the panels have been installed on site. The dark brown shade gives the buildings a contemporary and elegant touch, blending well with the natural surroundings.
The second part of the façade features KODERUS F14 panels, finished in a soft beige shade. These panels lend a warm and natural feel to the buildings, creating a balance against the modern dark colour of the F1 panelling. In addition, the F14 panels have a natural beige shade and are unpainted, meaning they can be scrubbed and polished.
The combination of KODERUS F1 and F14 panels on the façades of the “Spanguolių takai” block achieves a harmonious yet modern and aesthetically pleasing building design. The smooth, dark brown F1 panels provide a solid and contemporary appearance, while the beige F14 panels add warmer, natural tones to the overall vision. This blend of colours and textures not only enriches the architectural design, but also makes it possible to create a unique, functional living environment that is sure to satisfy the needs of even the most demanding residents.
