A new settlement of MEMELHAUS cottages has emerged in Kalnėnai, Vilnius, whose exterior decoration is being carried out by us – KODERUS façade system. We are proud to contribute to this project of GROUPINVEST, which is going to be one of the most uniquely looking projects in Vilnius.

The concrete facades of these cottages, which are designed in fachwerk style, are going to be reminiscent of Memel – the name of Klaipėda during the German period. We are using thermal panels of two different textures and three different colors in this project, which are manufactured in Lithuania using a patented KODERUS 2IN1 system – blending concrete façade decoration and insulation together.

The buildings have an exceptional, aesthetic, yet cozy appearance, while their facades are long-lasting and resilient to any atmospheric changes. Our partner GROUPINVEST has fully realized its idea and created cozy, noteworthy and exquisite cottages in the capital of Lithuania.
