PAVILNYS PARK – a new real estate project developed in 2020. It’s a small district of exquisite architecture, located just 500 m away from the forest and 10 km away from the town hall of Vilnius.
PAVILNYS PARK consists of 59 two-story high residential cottages with an attic, each cottage has a private backyard and two designated parking spaces.
KODERUS has applied a unique façade solution to the new district – thermal insulation decoration panels, manufactured using patented technology that fuses concrete decoration with the insulation layer.
KODERUS system is delivered straight to the object and fully prepared for installation – impregnated, with custom color and texture. Additional processing is not required. Since the KODERUS high-grade concrete mixture is prepared during the production phase, the color of the material is homogenous, while it’s produced to adhere to the insulation material. No additional binding additives are used while fusing both materials. Hence, this fusing method ensures a more robust bond between the two materials, enhances durability and minimizes the risk of decoration parting.
Due to the KODERUS system, cottage facades of PAVILNYS PARK will be free of cold bridges, resistant to any weather conditions and equipped with 34 dB noise isolation.
