NEXTO is a modern architecture project located in an optimal area of Vilnius, close to everything important – nearby is the Vilnius Business and Technology Center. The balance of this environment is enhanced by the Vilnius Japanese Garden, which provides tranquility and embodies the philosophy of life balance.

The project uses several KODERUS 2IN1 patterns – F16 and F5. Panels with a clinker texture imitation were selected, giving the facade a subtle, classical character. Additionally, one of our most popular standard designs – a ribbed surface – is used, mounted with an innovative connection system based on the “building block” principle, which helps prevent thermal bridges and ensures an efficient and sustainable solution.
