B KVADRATU – a district of 4 residential apartment buildings in Bajorai, next to the Verkiai regional park. It’s a stylish, contemporary and exceptional project, which was partly designed by one of the most famous fashion designers in our country – Juozas Statkevičius. He was responsible for the aesthetic part of the façade – with this collaboration, the experienced „Borgus“ and UAB „RE-SPV-2“developers aspired to create stylish and eye-catching homes, which tempt to return.
KODERUS 2IN1 system was chosen for the façade of B KVADRATU – aesthetically looking thermal insulation façade panels, which have no equivalents in the market. This solution expedited the construction process and provided the house with a unique appearance that is impossible to disregard. As KODERUS panels excel in durability, the residents should be cautious – dwellings of this project will not only be pleasing to your eye but will also captivate the attention of bystanders for the foreseeable future.
